Refund Policy

At Rucker Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with original tags and packaging.

Please note: Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
