Rucker Apparel will process your orders within five business days of ordering. T-shirts/Hoodies are custom made after the order is placed. additionally, business days are considered Monday-Friday.

An email will be sent confirming your purchase and when your merchandise ships.

In the event a package is lost during delivery, the customer must utilize their tracking information provided by Rucker Apparel and contact the delivery carrier to file a claim. Rucker Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
